Tribeca MedAesthetics Opens Doors to Eco-Friendly Oasis of Medically Supervised Beauty Treatments The medical practice, founded and directed by Dr. Jason Shapiro, is conveniently located above Edge Pilates Studio, across from Broward General Medical Center. Dr. Shapiro invites patients into his medical suite, designed to reflect an eco-friendly environment that is uniquely furnished with furniture made from reclaimed and recycled wood from Brazil. Jason Shapiro, M.D., is a native of South Florida, who has returned from practicing in New York City to his hometown, bringing some of the country's most cutting-edge laser and rejuvenation techniques to Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Shapiro, a cosmetic/aesthetic physician, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and licensed to practice in Florida, New York and New Jersey. "The med-aesthetic concept is in high demand, especially in today's economy," said Dr. Shapiro. "Men and women who want to look and feel their best can do so without the high cost and recovery time of face lifts and other more invasive cosmetic procedures." Tribeca's services include state-of-the-art Lipotherme, the latest technology in laser lipolysis, injectable treatments such as BOTOX, Restylane, and Juvaderm, lip augmentation, Intense Pulsed Light photorejuvenation, laser-assisted vein reduction, diode laser permanent hair reduction, chemical peels, medicalgrade microdermabrasion, acne therapy and phototherapy, Light Emitting Diode (LED), advanced organic and enzyme-based skin care, and UV light digital facial imaging.
