In our medical practice, we see a lot of patients that complain of accelerated signs of skin aging due to overexposure to the sun. South Florida is “ground zero” for UV radiation exposure due to our climate and our latitude on the map. This increased exposure to the sun’s rays has a direct effect on how our skin ages, as well as how at risk we are for skin cancer.
By using a fractionated CO2 laser, we can effectively eliminate sun damage, soften your fine lines and wrinkles, tighten up pore size, reduce acne scarring, and tighten your facial skin due to the laser’s effect on the collagen in your dermis.
