Dr. Shapiro invites patients into his medical suite, designed to reflect an eco-friendly environment that is uniquely furnished with furniture made from reclaimed and recycled wood from Brazil. Jason Shapiro, M.D., is a native of South Florida, who has returned from practicing in New York City to his hometown, bringing some of the country's most cutting-edge laser and rejuvenation techniques to Fort Lauderdale.

Broward's Vice Mayor Kicks Off Super Bowl Volunteer Recruitment Effort

It's one of the most watched events in the world and in 2010 Broward County will become "Media Headquarters" for Super Bowl XLIV, and thousands of volunteers will be needed to serve in various capacities.

To encourage people to volunteer, Broward County's Vice Mayor Ken Keechl officially kicked off the first volunteer recruitment effort with the Riverwalk Trust and Junior Achievement at Tribeca Medaesthetics in Fort Lauderdale. The Vice Mayor also presented a proclamation from the Broward County Commission naming January 21, 2009 as "Volunteer Now for Super Bowl XLIV Day" in Broward County.

Riverwalk Trust And JA Host Kickoff To Super Bowl's Return To S. Fla.

The Riverwalk Trust members, along with members of Junior Achievement of South Florida, have the first opportunity to become involved in next year’s NFL Super Bowl during a 2010 Kickoff event on January 21, 2009 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event will be held at Tribeca Medaesthetics to support the Super Bowl Host Committee in networking with potential volunteers for the 2010 week-long celebration.
